I gave the GoSmile to my Mom and it didn’t make much of a difference for her, but I think she was just a really tough candidate since other methods didn’t make a dramatic difference for her either. Also the cap cannot be whitened since it is lab created, typically you whiten Your Teeth first and then match the cap to the lighter tooth color. Sorry I can’t give you good news. If you still have some other whitening product left to use, try using a sensitive tooth toothpaste only (no other paste at all) for a month and then using the whitener every other day. Hmmm infomercial should be evaluated with its truth in adverstising, anyway going back to your question, there are no whitening or bleaching agent available for home use or take home that could lighten even your composite bonded tooth or your porcelain veneers.

The primary ingredients of a whitening product is peroxide, and no commecial peroxide of any kind right now in the market that could bleach porcelain and composite.

The best way i suggest if you want to have that hollywood smile, go to your dentist, have your teeth whiten first, then after 3-4 days you can have your composite bonded tooth change its shade.

I’ve tried them all, strips, in office bleaching, and always go back to my trays. The others just don’t last and I like the fact that I can touch up whenever I feel they need to be done. And yes, they do get you to the movie star white, my shade is at a B 0 if your familiar with the shade guide. I always get complements on my teeth being white. As for the results, it takes a couple of weeks depending on how dark your teeth are to start. Usually it’s two weeks of about an hour a day then you just touch up every 3-4 months using the trays one day for 30 min’s to an hour if needed after that. I’ve gone 6-7 months at a time without touching up. Something to consider is that with the in office bleaching you don’t get the trays and solution to do this with either. The trays aren’t really noticable when you wear them for bleaching. I usually do mine when I’m showering and dressing for work. They are easy to use, comfortable, you hardly notice you have them on. The solution last a long time, I’ve had my last syringe for nearly 2 years now. If you keep it refridgerated it last a lot longer. And you can always get the solution from your dentist. What could be easier? I’m using the Nite White at 22% right now but have used others at lesser strength at different times. It just depends on what we have at the office as to what I use. They all do a good job, some may cause a little sensitivity. You just use them less time or reduce the percent of solution to reslove that problem. i have had the zoom treatment and i was very impressed with the results. They match your starting colour on a grid and then when its finished they match your new colour again to show how many shades lighter they are.

My teeth went 8 shades lighter and it was a very noticeable difference. My teeth did become sensitive during the procedure, but a day later they were back to normal.

I was very pleased with the results. I dont know what the guy is talking about wet or dry teeth lol it really doesnt make that much dfference! My teeth went to the whitest on the scale and they have stayed like that ever since.

Zoom is very effective unless your teeth are naturally darker. It can only Whiten Teeth to what they were originally.

Trays again will be effective but over a much longer period of time. I would recommend zoom to kick-start then use trays to slowly perfect the whitening.

If you get mouth guards like the type you use for hockey etc and heat them up in boiling water so that they go soft and then let them cool enough to put in your mouth you can push them up against Your Teeth and suck the air out from under the mould to make them fit your teeth. There are a few different options for whitening. ZOOM! Is done in a one hour treatment which costs about about $300 and is not covered by insurance. You will need a comprehensive exam first to see if you are a candidate. Some people have a gray hue to their teeth, which will exclude them from doing ZOOM!. My experience: Promises, promises. I was lured into buying the FitFlops after an ad from Bath and Body Works for the shoes landed in my inbox. You are getting tartar on that tooth because you are not brushing off that sticky soft plaque frequently enough. You need to brush more frequently and more thoroughly to disrupt the plaque before it has a chance to turn crusty on your tooth. It takes about 12 hours for soft plaque to turn into crusty tartar due to the presence of calcium bicarbonate in your saliva.

Here is what you need to do:

First, go to a dentist and have them scrape the tartar off for you. Don’t try to remove it yourself– You might injure yourself doing that.

Then, you need to improve your oral hygiene routine– You need to brush Your Teeth, tongue, and gums very thoroughly, right before you go to bed, and after every meal, especially around that tooth where you obviously get a lot of buildup. If the problem is the actual plug not fitting, then a converter may help. You can get universal converters, so the need for a USA – Euro, then Euro – Oz seems inefficient.

If the problem has more to do with the differences in voltage that the unit has been designed for, that may be more expensive to solve. USA has a wide range of household voltages, most seem to be around the 110V range. In Australia, we have 240V as the standard.

Often when you get products that are exported around the world, they will have a switch to make them able to be used in either voltage range. Sonicare may simply make the units for each market.

Also, when you question “geography” does that mean you don’t have a sales territory? I don’t understand. Get yourself a good database of companies by SIC code and then decide on what market segments have been neglected in your territory.

When the economy is in slow down it a GREAT time to sell a product that makes a company more efficient and gives them a good handle on tracking their sales funnel.

I understand your problems, and I’m glad to say you have a few really good and cheap options:

1) Interns. College aged students can work with you for usually as low as 15 hours a week, and provide you a free workforce. It requires you train them like you would to most employees, but it’s free of cost.

2) Outsource. Find some cheap foreigners who are looking for work and pay them much less than the US minimum wage. Post your job offering on sites that provide jobs to these foreign countries

I answered much of this in response to an earlier question you posted. While Title II of the ADA can apply to public schools–they are primarily covered by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, which provides pretty much the same protections against disability-based discrimination as the ADA.

The student should ask for transportation as a “reasonable accommodation” to enable her to participate in the school activity.
