I received the product a week and a half ago. It is almost half empty already. No change at all. For $50 plus shipping, what a joke. I leave it on, no drinking or eating, even use it before bed for 8 hours of undisturbed time. NOTHING!! It is just a tiny tiny bottle of hydrogen peroxide plus whatever and has a little stick and sponge at the end. Looks clear when you put it on. Not one shade better! Please don’t waste your money like I did.

I think the free kit covers 14 days. By shades they mean your teeth will be so many shades lighter. Keep in mind tho that you don’t want your teeth whiter than the whites of your eyes or it will look strange.
