What are the home Teeth Whitening Remedies that are bad for you?

i’ve read of many kinds of home remedies for teeth whitening before.. and remembered that some are just plain bad for your teeth! does anyone know what i’m talking about?

maybe it was along the lines of.. lemons.. strawberries.. baking soda? im so not sure and i would like very much to have this cleared up.

Home Teeth Whitening Remedies?

don’t have much money to waste on things like Crest White strips… ive read some home remedies online for whitening your teeth such as smushed strawberries and baking soda. Does anyone have any good remedies that they’ve tried and know work well?

Baking soda, not strawberries
just dip wet toothbrush in it and scrub for like 2 mins.

Listerine Whitening mouth wash is good, also sensodyne Whitening Toothpaste. You can also try peroxide diluted equal parts water
