What is the best and less harming teeth whitening method; laser or chemicals?
I know laser is more modern but I`ve heard more than once that it actually leaves your teeth more sensitive than the chemical whitening with a dentist.
Any opinions?
Ahh!! DO NOT DO LASER! My sister got laser done and now if she drinks/eats anything super cold or super hot it burns her teeth. I suggest Crest White Strips. I used them and they SERIOUSLY helped me!! no joke. i recommend using them for 4 weeks. 2 packs of them. But not consecutively- they contain bleach. If you see no improvement go for laser then.
Chemical- i dont know much about it but its a longer process.
