Mark asks…

Any Teeth Whitening Products that work?

Just looking to brighten my smile a bit. But I don’t want to buy something for it to end up being a total RIPOFF. So…anything out there that actually shows results? Thanks a bunch! :)

HI,

I have always had problems with faint yellow teeth. In fact everyone in my family has this problem. I have tried every product that exists along with frequent visits to dentists. Dentists have always told me that my teeth are good but I was never happy with the color. Using peroxide or baking soda is harmful for teeth in a longer run so I never used it. Trays are always a NO for me because they give lot of irritation and pain.

The ONLY thing that has worked for me till date is Dazzle White. I was not sure of using it at the beginning as I did not want to waste more money. Later, after doing some research on the Internet I found out about this company giving free samples. I immediately ordered mine (just paid $1.95 shipping). This is a real good product and has worked for me. I don’t work for this company nor am I related to them in any manner. Just trying to help someone who has faced similar problems like me.

Thanx

BTW the website from where I got my free samples is http://tinyurl.com/freewhiteteeth

I am looking for a Tooth Whitening product that won’t hurt your teeth?

I used rembrandt and crest before and they hurt so much when you drink cold stuff.

admin answers:

All tooth whiteners will cause some sensitivity – before using them use a desensitizing toothpaste for a couple of weeks, e.g. Sensodyne. Use a high fluoride mouthwash as well (such as Oral B’s Fluorinse) if you have sensitivity. Also the toothpaste can be rubbed into Sensitive Teeth a bit like an ointment and allowed to soak in overnight – don’t be too generous with it just burnish it into the sensitive spots. Continue to use the Sensodyne for a few weeks after whitening.

If you find you are very sensitive then instead of using the product on a daily basis only use it every other day or every 2 days. It will take you longer to attain your desired degree of whiteness but it won’t be as uncomfortable – continue with the desensitizing toothpaste during the days you are whitening.

Lisa asks…

good teeth whitening products?

long story short i would really like my teeth to be whiter (noticeably) by then end of this month, is there any good product out there that does a good job quickly? thanks for the help

and i realize its not realistic to have like a 2 week perfect smile, i just want my teeth to look better. thanks!

admin answers:

Actually, it is realistic to get your teeth noticeably whiter very quickly – keep in mind that laser whitening from the dentist only takes about an hour so if speed is your thing and you can afford laser whitening from the dentist, go for it.

If you’re looking for a lower cost option that’ll work in less than a month that you can use at home, get one of the home Whitening Kits that has 10% peroxide or so. That should work nicely for you.

Donna asks…

UK question. Anyone know any teeth whitening products from boots that work?

im looking more for gels, strips, etc instead of toothpaste. unless you know a really really good one

admin answers:

Toothpaste works fine – use a whitening paste – it works honest. It just takes a while. Boots do their own brand which is cheaper than some leading brands but just as good.
