I need a natural teeth whitener but something easy?

I searched it, but they’re all complicated for me. I’m 13 and it’s hard for me to get some of the ingredients for teeth whiteners(my parents will get curious if I ask them to buy the ingredients). Like baking soda and peroxide..I don’t even know where to get peroxide. No strawberries at my house. And any whitener with baking soda won’t do it for me. There’s some in the fridge and freezer, but it seems like it’s been there for like years. It might work, but I feel like it might ruin my teeth instead. Please something easy!!

Brush your teeth regularly. I use Colgate and it works for me. And pay a visit to the dentist so they can whiten them for you.

is there some at home whitener i could use
i really dont wanna spend a whole lot of money
on something that might not work.

Brush your teeth for 5minutes 4 times a day, using Crest Whitening expressions toothpaste for 2 minutes, then using a mixture of baking soda and peroxide for 2 minutes, then use Mouth Rinse with fluoride for the last minute.

If that doesn’t improve your teeth, then continue to do that but also use crest Whitening Strips.
If the those to things don’t satisfy you then go to your dentist and have them whiten them.

Even if you have your dentist whiten then still brush your teeth how I described.

Also, smoking and drinking coffee discolors teeth.

Baking soda is a natural teeth whitener.also you can apply lemon to your teeth.
But dont forget that if used in a abundance you can make your gums loose…
So take care while using these natural teeth whitener.
