will Opalescence Whitening system work with fillings ?

i wanna know if it will hurt my teeth or gums even worse if i have fillings ?? if i use 15% will it work and how long will it take before i start to notice the difference?? can i go to any dentist office and get it or do i have to go to mine ??

Bleach of any kind will not whiten fillings/crowns/veneers…natural tooth structure only. It shouldn’t hurt your teeth or gums more if you have fillings. 15% is one of the weaker solutions, but it’s best if you have Sensitive Teeth (bleaching makes some people’s teeth extremely sensitive). Some people start to notice a difference in a couple of days and with others, it takes a little while longer. It all depends on how much stain is on your teeth.

Different dentists carry different brands of bleach, so you may be able to go to another office to get it…I’m not sure.
