Can I make my own tray for tray bleaching?
My cousin passed away and we found a bleach Whitening Kit in his room that I would like to use. It has three syringes in it. We also found a molding of his teeth and the trays that were meant for him. I don’t really want to go spend a fortune at the dentist to get a couple of trays made so I was wondering if it’s possible to make them at home myself? I’m not sure if there are any kits for it or anything.
Simple, go anywhere they sell sport mouth guards. Get your size, two of them (top and bottom). Go home and follow the molding directions.
