Can Fluoride Listerine Mouthwash be used with Crest Whitestrips?
OK, so I’ve used Crest whitestrips last year and am planning to use the pretty soon, but I’m also using Listerine Mouthwash (the one that prevents cavities [green]).
I was wondering if it could damage my teeth permanently if I use them both.
FYI: I’m NOT using the mouthwash that whitens teeth and I’m only 14 so I don’t want to damage my teeth the slightest bit because they will stay damaged for a loooong time.

There is no problem using the two together as directed. You will not damage your teeth in any way.
