does anybody know a homebrew for teeth whitening ?
I drink a lot of green tea, and it has stained my teeth. I dont want to go out and buy teeth whiteners, or go have them professionally whitened. So does anybody know of any home recipes to help me out with this ?

The main ingredient in Crest Whitestrips AND in what they use to professionally bleach your teeth at the dentists office is: Hydrogen Peroxide.
You can buy plain old generic Hydrogen Peroxide over the counter for super cheap. Just swish it around in your mouth for at least a minute twice a day and spit it out.
It may take awhile to see results but it’s a cheaper version of Crest Whitening Rinse which is essentially mint-flavored Hydrogen Peroxide.
