How can I whiten my teeth?
I am getting married in July and want a bright, white smile. I currently brush my teeth twice daily with a Whitening Toothpaste, but my teeth are still yellow! I don’t smoke or chew or anything like that, but I do drink dark drinks such as cola, tea and juice. I have Tried Crest White Strips but they made my gums sore and inflammed. Does anyone know a way to whiten my teeth without the obvious of avoiding dark drinks and brushing with a whitening toothpaste? And the cost of the treatment. Any Ideas would be appreciated.
k this works absolutely best of anything. I’m serious, do it: brush your teeth with baking soda even though it tastes disgusting, its great for your teeth and rinse with hydrogen peroxide. do this 2 times a day and you will have a model smile, i guarantee. my mom used to do this and she had THE whitest smile i had ever seen. im just too lazy and forget, but when i do this, it whitens it in about a week, and its cheap as can be.
